B. BY MAIL:

C. LOCAL PICK-UP & DELIVERY:
We do local pick-up and delivery in and surrounding Kona area. An additional fee applies. Please contact us via our Contact page for details or to make arrangements.
2. QUOTING, AGREEMENT & PAYMENT
Once we receive your photograph or your uploaded scanned file, we will make an assessment based on the extent of the damage on the photo, the desired result on the photo, and the amount of time and effort required to complete the job. We will then contact you and provide you with the quote or with additional questions that we may have to accurately quote the cost. For local pick-ups, we may able to provide you with the quote on the spot. If we believe that there is no amount of restoration or retouching that would bring a satisfactory result to your photograph, we will notify you and will provide you with other suggestions.
You are under no obligation to accept the quote. Assessing the photo and quoting the cost for the job is also free of charge. We will not proceed with any restoration or retouching work on your photograph without first providing you with a final quote and obtaining your approval and full payment(*).
Pricing
The final quote is based on our rate of $75 per hour. Many old or damaged photographs only require minimal work and can be restored and brought back to life for as little as $20-$25. While others may need extensive time and work to repair, which could take 2 or more hours to accomplish. We are unable to do a flat rate fee since every photograph is unique and requires different needs and amount of time to achieve an exceptional final product, therefore, each photograph must be evaluated and quoted individually.
Upon agreement, an invoice of the work order and final quote will be emailed out to you. You will be able to make payment via the link on the invoice. A rush service with, 24 - 48 hour turnaround time, is available for an additional fee.
Form of Payment Accepted
We accept Venmo, PayPal, personal check, corporate check, bank or postal money order. We also accept cash (for local service only).
(*) Bulk Orders: Orders with 6 or more photographs, the agreed price can be paid in two installments. First installment of 50% to commence the work and last installment of 50% after your approval of the final restored/retouched photographs.
